Greenhaven Valley

Greenhaven Valley is a farming sim in the comfort-food tradition — plant crops, raise a few animals, slowly fix up a run-down village. What sold me was that it does all of this offline, with no energy timers trying to drag you back online.

The loop is satisfying. Each in-game day gives you just enough to do without feeling like a chore list. Building up the town square over several sessions gave me that quiet sense of progress these games live on.

It's generous with its content and never pesters you. If you want a long-term offline companion, this is an easy recommendation.
